Forspoken Reveals a Stunning Cinematic Trailer Before Launch. Square Enix has released a cinematic trailer showcasing the vast world of open-world, fantasy, action RPG Forspoken.
In the trailer, the beautiful and brutal world of Athia and protagonist Alfre “Frey” Holland battle transformed monsters with signature magic and parkour action. She gets a glimpse of her past in New York City before being mysteriously transported to this new land.
Forspoken Gameplay
The game follows a girl named Frey Holland. Frey is mysteriously transported to the land of Athia, a magical landscape filled with monsters and beasts. Frey finds a mystical bracelet on her arm that allows her to cast spells and magic that allows her to control the elements.
Frey learns that there was a time when this land was inhabited by wildlife and humans. One day a devastating curse called The Break just turned beasts and men into monsters. Last Citizen of Frey Athia Unaffected by the Break Last Citizen of Athia gets ready to help. agrees to help uncover the mystery behind Break and take back the world.
Forspoken release date
Square Enix originally planned for a 2022 release, but postponed Forspoken to early 2023 due to “ongoing discussions with key partners”, although it was said to be in those conversations. Now Forspoken will be released on January 24th, 2023.
