Within the framework of Anime Expo 2022, Orange Studios and TOHO released the first trailer for the new version of Trigun Stampede. At the same time, they announced that Kenji Muto would direct and Kouji Tajima would conceptual designer for the series and character. Also, the seiyuu cast details were shared.

- Yoshitsugu Matsuoka as Vash the Stampede
- Junya Ikeda as Knives Millions
- Tomoyo Kurosawa as young Vash

- Maaya Sakamoto as Rem Saverem
