The Resident Evil update includes new features and is available now on XSX, PS5 and PC.
Another announcement made at today’s Capcom Showcase was that the Resident Evil 7 games, and Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil 3 Remakes, will be receiving an update for the next-gen console that will add some new features.
New aspects that these games will bring include support for 4K, increased frame rates and the addition of ray tracing, which will undoubtedly improve the general look of these games. There will also be support for 3D audio, which will improve the immersion in the dark and scary atmosphere of the saga.
Best of all, these improvements will be available for both Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5 at no additional cost. And if that wasn’t enough, PC users will also be able to enjoy these features through a patch. All of the above will be available starting today so you can try the update right away.
