BOOM! Atlus brings the biggest Persona installments to Xbox Game Pass!
The Xbox & Bethesda Show (here is its summary) brought us a lot of surprises, but one that really excited RPG fans was that Atlus is finally bringing Persona to Xbox.
And although many thought that it would only be Persona 5 Royal, the announcement confirmed that it will be its Royal version, Persona 3 Portable and Persona 4 Golden who will arrive at Game Pass, that is, their complete and improved versions, many of these complicated to play for some, especially all P3P.
P5R puts you in the role of the Joker, a high school student who, along with his friends, must solve the mystery of the Phantom Thieves’ souvenirs while stealing the hearts of adults who oppress free will. This version premiered in 2020, a corrected and improved version of its 2016 “vanilla” version.
P4G is a review released in 2013 on PlayStation Vita, where it was exclusively until 2020, coming to PC. Here Yu (Yu Hehe) Narukami visits some relatives in the small town of Inaba, a rural place in Japan, away from the big cities. What will be a peaceful season is shrouded in mystery, when the horrific murders involving The Midnight Channel begin to unfold, so here you have to face yourself to free the city and your friends from this gloom. The original version of P4 premiered on PlayStation 2 in 2008.
P3P is a unique adventure of its kind, released on PlayStation Portable in 2009, as one of two enhanced versions of Persona 3 (2006), the other being P3 FES (2007). This is the first (and only to date) version of the franchise that allows you to choose the gender of your characters. Here your character will discover the secrets of The Dark Hour, a hidden hour between midnight and 1 a.m., where shadows and danger will awaken to attack the humans who are affected by this mystery.
The first of these games coming to Xbox will be Persona 5 Royale, which will premiere on Game Pass on October 21.
The games will arrive for the first time with texts in Spanish, something that fans have asked for years and had to do themselves with mods.
