Publisher Prime Matter and developer Brass Token are ready to give you a fresh look at their upcoming third-person action-adventure title, The Chant.
Developed by Brass Token and published by Prime Matter, The Chant will take us on a spiritual retreat in a third-person action-adventure horror experience. Today we finally get to see the first full trailer for The Chant, which they promise we’ll be able to enjoy on our consoles and PC this winter.
We were invited to the Spiritual Prismatic Science Retreat, which takes place on the island of Glory, with the promise that our past sorrows and sorrows will be forgotten and turned into joy and a new life.
When a ritual spell is issued on Glory Island merchandise, the negative energy of a visiting group ignites a dimension of cosmic terror called Gloom. To escape the glow, they must solve a deep mystery involving both the past and the present, while the female members of the group slowly return to the hideout of a series of parasitic creatures.
Now it’s up to us to decide whether we escape or we fight using a variety of weapons as well as the “Podares” that we’ll get as we advance in the adventure.
“At The Chant, we aim to surprise gamers with a wacky mix of ’70s cult horror and New Age spirituality,” said Mike Scoopa, Creative Director of Brass Token. “As a boutique studio, we have the freedom to try new things and are challenging ourselves every day with our first titles.”
