Following the success of Ao Ashi its premiere which packed 13 episodes and garnered 7.95 Score on the MyAnimeList site, Ao Ashi Second 2 was finally confirmed to air on July 2, 2022.
The announcement of the release date was accompanied by the release of a new trailer for the anime adaptation of Yugo Kobayashi‘s manga. Where is the trailer In the second part of this series, Aoi Ashito will bring a new position.
The 1 minute 48 second trailer also includes the ending and opening songs of the second part of the soccer-themed anime.

Superfly will perform the opening theme song title Presence. Meanwhile, the end song will be performed by a Japanese rock band, Kami wa Saikoro wo Furanai, titled Color Lily no Koibumi.
Ao Ashi will tell the story of Aoi Ashito, a young soccer player who dreams of becoming a professional player. Behind his rough soccer game, Aoi hides an extraordinary talent. This talent was finally noticed by Fukuda Tetsuya, Asperian J1 Tokyo City Junior Team Manager. Seeing Aoi’s extraordinary potential, the manager finally invited him to join the J-League Youth.

Ao Ashi manga by Yugo Kobayashi which debuted in 2015 through the weekly magazine Big Comic Spirits. By 2022, Ao Ashi had published 22 volumes.
Interesting, the manga, which will feature the journey of talented player Aashito Aoi, won the coveted 2020 Shogakukan Manga Award in the general manga category.
