A leak in an upcoming issue of Weekly Shonen Jump magazine confirmed that the Bleach: Sennen Kaisen-hen (Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War arc) anime, which will adapt the final arc of the Bleach manga, will release new information on July 4. 2019. 2022
The franchise also confirmed its participation in the Anime Expo 2022 event to be held on July 2.
It is worth remembering that the anime Bleach: Sennen Kaisen-hen (Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War arc), is scheduled to premiere in Japan in October 2022.

Writer Tait Kubo published the original manga in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine between August 2001 and August 2016 for a total of 74 volumes.
The manga inspired an anime adaptation produced by Studio Pierrot under the direction of Noriyuki Abe, which aired between October 2004 and March 2012 for a total of 366 episodes.

- Tomohisa Taguchi (Akudama Drive, Twin Star Exorcists, Kino’s Journey – The Beautiful World) is directing the anime at Pierrot.
- Masashi Kudo is again in charge of character design
- Shiro Sagiru is again responsible for composing the soundtrack
Bleach Synopsis
Kurosaki Ichigo is a 15-year-old boy who can see, touch and speak the souls of the dead. Until one day he meets Kuchiki Rukia, a Shinigami (god of death), and later learns that he is also a Shinigami. Now he has to save his city from the forces of evil with his powers.
