The plot brings Satan Jacob, a demon king, trying to conquer the world of Ente Isla, but when facing the heroine Emilia Justina, he is forced to retreat, entering a portal that takes him to present-day Tokyo, losing much of it. of your powers. To survive while looking for a way back to his world, Satan loves the name Sadao Maou and starts working at the fast-food restaurant MgRonald.
Emilia follows him, trying to secure victory. Like Satan, she loses part of her powers and needs to get a job, starting to work at a call center named Emi Yusa.
Who takes over the series now is the 3Hz studio, with direction by Daisuki Chikushi. The first season was produced over 8 years ago by White Fox, and directed by Naoto Hosoda. But Masahiro Yokotani is back in the script.
Satoshi Wagahara’s novel was published from 2011 to 2020, with illustrations by 029 (Oniku) and 27 volumes compiled by ASCII Media Works.
