The webtoon adaptation of the Korean drama King the Land was released by Kakao Entertainment in partnership with JTBC. On June 17, a brand-new drama will air.
The Webtoon King the Land will take the plot before, during, and after the story in the Korean drama, according to the Korea JoongAng Daily. On Kakao Page and Kakao Webtoon, the first seven episodes of the webcomic King the Land have been made available.
The first seven episodes of the webcomic King the Land describe the two main protagonists’ formative years. Beginning this week, the webtoon’s narrative will coincide with that of the serialised version.

Gu-won (Junho 2PM), a chaebol heir to the King Hotel who is cold-hearted and dislikes seeing artificial smiles, is the protagonist of King the Land. However, he falls in love with Cheon Sa-rang (YoonA SNSD), a hotel receptionist who is required to always smile.
Before the show ever premiered, Korean drama fans were talking about this show with the formula of hate-to-love. The two prominent actors in the cast are mostly to blame for this. Hopefully, the audience will become moved by their chemistry.
Starting on June 17, 2023, Netflix will provide the 16-episode series King the Land.
