Arc System Works and developer APlus Games have announced some special guests joining the cast of River City Saga: Three Kingdoms from River City Girls.
According to Nintendo Soup, the guests in question are Misako and Kyoko, specifically the versions of them that appear in Wayforward’s River City Girls.

Like the rest of Kunio-kun’s friends, they have been given a makeover to fit the setting of River City Saga: Three Kingdoms.
Both girls will be incorporated as separate characters from the original Misako and Kyoko, who are already included in the base game.
Both will be added to the Japanese version of the game via an update, and will presumably be included in the global version due out on July 21.
River City Saga: Three Kingdoms will arrive on PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and PC on July 21 based on a traditional Chinese story.
