The official website of the Shinobi no Itoki (A Shinobi’s Moment) anime, which is an original production by Studio TROYCA and developer DMM Pictures, revealed the 2nd PV for the project.
The video confirmed that the series will premiere in Japan in October 2022 and reveals the new voice cast members, who are:

Shinobi no Ittoki Synopsis
The story follows Ittoki Sakuraba, an ordinary boy who after surviving a surprise attack discovers that he is the heir to an ancient family of ninjas. To survive, Ittoki learns to be a ninja and fights to protect his family’s bloodline.
